Refund policy

At G2B Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and order cancellations to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your order details.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or invoice is mandatory.

Open Box Delivery Policy (Mandatory for Claims)

To ensure a fair resolution in case of any issues, customers are strictly advised to record a complete unboxing video at the time of receiving the package.

  • Any claims for damaged, defective, or missing items will only be accepted if supported by a proper unboxing video.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without cuts.
  • Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process returns, replacements, or refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide photo/video proof along with your complaint.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Return requests raised after the specified time window
  • Claims without proper proof (including unboxing video where applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
  • In case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by G2B Mart.

  • Customers may be required to self-ship the product for returns unless otherwise instructed.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
